The old adage "you only have one chance to make a first impression" could not be more accurate when it comes to the decision to stage your home.  If you don't stage, chances are your competition will.  If you are serious about gaining the highest return, having your home staged by an insured and certified home stager is a smart investment.   

Price will vary depending on the square footage and total amount of furniture and accessories required to stage.  

I will set a mutually convenient time to meet at your home and do a thorough walk-through. During this time which lasts up to 2 hours, I will make note of enhancements you can make which may include some upgrades, repairs and how packing and storing away some of your personal possessions will help to create an orderly and cohesive space.  I will determine whether  incorporating your existing furniture along with purchasing an accessory package or if renting some pieces from me will achieve the desired effect.  Within 24 hours you will receive a comprehensive plan which will guide you step by step through this process. 

$250.00 up to 2 hours, $75.00 per hour thereafter - consult only 

If you decide to stage with me, your consultation fee will be waived from total cost of staging

 I will meet with you at your vacant property and do a thorough walk-through. Within 24 hours you will receive a comprehensive plan which will suggest proper placement of furniture and recommendations to best enhance the overall look and flow. You can then take my recommendations and complete the rest yourself, or I will return and stage your home for you with the rental of furniture and accessories.  $200.00 up to 2 hours, $75.00 per hour thereafter - consult only 

If you decide to stage with me, your consultation fee will be waived from total cost of staging

Choose from our 3 carefully selected Accessory Packages:

• Essentials Accessory Package - this value-based package is designed to fit your budget and gives you the eye-pleasing accessories required in key areas of your home! (up to 5 rooms)
•  Enhanced Accessory Package - this package bumps it up a couple of notches and gives you  extra accessories and an extra room! (up to 6 rooms)
• Ultimate Accessory Package - This package covers all of your bases and really steps up to the plate to create that WOW factor that will have buyers swooning over your home! 

Please note:  Accessory package rental fees are due every 30 days and will not be pro-rated.  There is a 1x fee added to each  package to cover all labour, styling, sourcing, and delivery fees. 

Any furniture rental will be an additional cost based on what is required.
